[Agenda] 26 September 3DS Task Force call

Dear 3DS Task Force participants, 

Here is the agenda of our 26 September meeting from 11am-noon ET:

 * Review some edits to the specification [1] based on recent discussion:
   - Section 3.1: Edited the definition of ThreeDSChallengeInd  based on Adam Solove review and
     5 September discussion.

 * To make progress on the topic of data gathering for risk analysis, I worked with Rouslan Solomakhin (Google)
   on a new proposal. I would like to introduce this at the call. Please note that this proposal does not currently
   reflect any consensus. It is intended to foster discussion before and at TPAC:
