Meeting cadence moves to bi-weekly

Hi all,

We resolved in today's meeting to move our meeting cadence to bi-weekly so
our next meeting will be 2 weeks from today on 25 January.

We felt it was wasteful of peoples time for calls to be simply used for
announcements and updates which can be taken from the mailing lists, issue
lists wiki etc.

If the volume of discussion and debate increases as our many parallel
tracks of work pick up momentum we may return to a weekly schedule.
