Deleting comments on Github

Hi all,

I'm not quite sure what transpired while I was traveling the last 2 weeks
but apparently it became okay to delete other people's comments from Github
issues.

I'd love to hear from the person responsible why they felt it was okay to
delete my comments on https://github.com/w3c/browser-payment-api/pull/536
