Dear Web Payments Working Group,

Today the Webmaster retired:

 Web Payments HTTP API 1.0
 https://www.w3.org/TR/webpayments-http-api/

publishing it as a group Note.

Please note that the following specification remains a FPWD:

 Web Payments HTTP Messages 1.0
 https://www.w3.org/TR/webpayments-http-messages/

As discussed during TPAC, that topic will remain in scope in the
group’s revised charter [1].
