Introductions: new rep for Ceweb.br/Nic.br

Hi all, 

Since I'm no longer working for the Nic.br/CGI.br, it's my honor to introduce Diogo Cortiz, which holds a PhD and MSc in Technology of Intelligence and Digital Design from PUC-SP and is a PhD Fellow from Université Paris 1– Sorbonne as my substitute as Nic.br representative in the Payments Groups. 
 
Diogo is part of the Ceweb.br team now and will continue to build bridges between the work in the main W3C Groups related to Payments & what happens in Brazil. I believe that he will be full time dedicated to this task.
