Re: [webpayments] How are cloud-based payment instruments supported? (#16)

Just to clarify, a cloud based instrument is something like a verification page by a bank or visa or paypal?  In other words, any cloud based payment schemes behave somewhat like old school payment schemes, even if they're much younger?
