Re: [webpayments] [Architecture] Payment App is a term used in EMV to describe the applet stored in SC (#31)

The point I was trying to make in that thread (thanks for moving it here!) is that we should clarify what we are DEFINING so that we can get the right term for it.  I propose that we are defining is "One or more pieces of software that act as a conduit between the payer and their various funding sources, enabling the payer to make payments from one or more of those funding sources."  

@adrianhopebailie since you wrote the original, is that correct?
