@therevoltingx, we'd have to be pretty clear on what sort of approach was being taken with respect to fraud for this to be worth the exercise. That means a more fully-formed proposal would need to be developed. As previously noted, a TEE doesn't meet the security requirements set out by some browsers, so that alone might be disqualifying.
