Re: [patwg-charter] Location of term definitions (#54)

I am relaying a comment from a member who has raised formal objections. I do not intend to imply support or opposition to this statement, but just to make their objection on this available for discussion with the member's permission: 

> The proposed text references a document and process that is anti-competitive. The TAG and W3C have not responded to MOW’s detailed commentary concerning that document and the direction it heads[^1]. We understand the chairs removed the reference due to this concern. We are surprised to see it back. We remind you that our representative has been banned from engaging with TAG via their preferred medium of GitHub without any process or right of appeal. Until the document is settled and adopted by the W3C using a fair process where all viewpoints can be advanced it should not be referenced anywhere least of all in a charter such as one related to advertising[^2].
