I am relaying a comment from a member who has raised formal objections. I do not intend to imply support or opposition to this statement, but just to make their objection on this available for discussion with the member's permission: > The user agent is not a processor of data as defined under GDPR. It is not a party to the contract with a Data Controller or recognised as a Processor. if the user agent were to interfere with the interoperability and transportation of data that would be akin to interference in communication.
