I spoke to a friend and former colleague, Laura, who used to pull levers on programmatic media buying. She's in the top 5 most admired "traders" I know of, though she's since moved on to solutions engineering (still in ads world). She said she'd be willing to join the next meeting and present / answer questions / participate in discussion.
