The question raised here about cross-device attribution relates the other issue I created (https://github.com/patcg/meetings/issues/56) about determining the minimum functionality that will be of interest to everybody and starting from that. I think that cross-device attributions is useful but also achieving it comes with complexity, so I am interested to understand whether this complexity is something we need to take on from the start. Keeping per user DP budgets is a separate source of complexity, we should probably discuss different options for the granularity of the DP budget.
