I'm with Nick. I'm not a fan of being recorded and having that be publicly available. In addition, I find that I can scour the notes much more effectively, including links to additional documentation, than being forced to linearly go through a video. Since we're talking about a couple three-hour meetings, I'd much prefer notes to refer to.
