Again, apologize for a lack of clarity and my poor choice of the word 'voting'. What I meant to get at is that folks are more likely to curtail discussion if it is clear how to continue it out of band; if we can take some time to figure out how that happens, then folks could quickly nominate and agree on an alternate venue to continue a discussion.
