The issue title should be changed from January _2021_ to to January _2022_. I agree with others that the timing of the meeting is going to be challenging and would prefer we bias it to include the most interested parties rather than the most regions. If we're going to do longer meetings with agendas covering multiple topics, I suggest we include strict time-boxing which we ask everyone to respect and the chairs to enforce.
