AramZS has just created a new issue for https://github.com/patcg/proposals: == How do I enter my proposal into the individual drafts space? == ## So you want to have intellectual property rights protections while discussing a document relevant to PATCG? PATCG has a space open to any relevant proposals in which authors can self-manage proposals while they are developing and work with collaborators in a way that is covered by the [W3C CLA](https://www.w3.org/community/about/agreements/cla/). PATCG moderates this space but does not gatekeep it. However, if your proposal is determined to be out of scope for our group you will be asked to withdraw it.
