First Meeting

Hello. At some point in the near future I'd like to have a meeting
discussing the basics of the idea that I had. I was thinking to host it on
the W3 IRC channel (#palcg), unless someone else has better ideas. Does
next weekend work? Please share timezones as well, this will let me figure
out a best time.
