About a year ago Giles prepared a working draft "P3P Using the  
Semantic Web (OWL Ontology, RDF Policy and RDQL Rules)." We've had it  
posted in our working group space for a while, but we never formally  
decided to turn it into a working group note. I would like to go  
ahead and do this. This is not a recommendation track document, just  
a document to inform people about how to do P3P within the semantic  
web framework. We will reference it in the P3P 1.1 spec (new draft to  
be available real soon now....). If anyone has any concerns about  
this, please let me know. The current draft is available at http://
