As discussed earlier, the OWL test case collection site has now moved to a new location: http://owl.semanticweb.org/ All old URLs will be redirected to their respective new location. URIs used in the test case exports change accordingly (exports are rebuild just now). I suggest to update the main page of that site after Rec to become a more generic intro page for OWL, while making the current test case main page a sub-portal. Due to the many OWL examples, the site already gets direct Google hits for OWL-related terms, so it should be somewhat more welcoming to random visitors.
