Just to confirm: The change log stuff has now been implemented to the
RDF-Based Semantics as well, in the same way as for the Structural spec.

For the RDF-Based Semantics, this is only a higher-level summary of the more
detailed changelog in the document, so the Round 8 list is redundant, in
principle.
