editorial suggestion for Manchester Syntax

Dear Manchester-Syntax editors,

using the OWL Syntax Converter, I have recently debugged the Manchester Syntax
examples in the Primer (Matthew: I believe the remaining errors I get are
limitations of the converter, not problems in the input; you may want to check
the single Manchester Syntax ontology in the Primer Appendix).

Looking back at the Manchester spec, I found it difficult to identify the
correct syntax for lists since a text search for the related non-terminals did
not yield any results. The document, if read from top to bottom, explains this
properly, but I suggest to add a sentence (near the meta-productions, or
anywhere else where it can be found when searching the names):

"These meta-productions are instantiated for the following cases: literalList,
individualList, description2List, objectProperty2List, dataProperty2List,
individual2List, annotationAnnotatedList, descriptionAnnotatedList,
objectPropertyCharacteristicAnnotatedList,
objectPropertyExpressionAnnotatedList, descriptionAnnotatedList,
dataRangeAnnotatedList, dataPropertyExpressionAnnotatedList, IRIAnnotatedList,
annotationPropertyIRIAnnotatedList, factAnnotatedList, and
individualAnnotatedList."

Alternatively, it would help to make all occurrences of these terms internal
hyperlinks that point to their meta-definition.

Note that this is is an internal comment; no formal reply needed ;-)
