Implementation of WG resolution on ontology properties as annotation properties

Hi!

I have implemented yesterday's resolution to make certain ontology properties in the RDF-Based Semantics into annotation properties according to my proposal in

  <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-owl-wg/2009Jun/0095.html>

The affected terms were:

  * owl:priorVersion
  * owl:backwardCompatibleWith
  * owl:incompatibleWith

It is now true that the set of annotation properties in the RDF-Based Semantics equals the set of annotation properties defined in the Structural Spec, as listed in 

  <http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/Syntax#Annotation_Properties>
