To be clear, I'm not asking anyone to change anything. My code looks
for entries in the references sections which link to one of the other
deliverables in this publication round. If it finds such an entry, it
replaces it with program-generated text. This is what we've done on all
previous rounds, but the code was largely re-written for un-related
reasons.
