Re: QRG and NF&R

Hi Rinke,

Thanks for this. Luckily, QRG isn't going to LC in this round, so we  
will have plenty of time to sort out these issues. I suggest that, to  
make things easier for the people working on producing the documents  
for this round, for the time being we restrict changes to those that  
are absolutely necessary.
