Primer: Example syntax improved

Several reviewers of the Primer have noted that the syntactic style of some of 
the examples was not optimal. In particular, many Turtle features for better 
readability were not used.

These comments have been implemented now, and various additional tweaks and 
fixes were done to make the examples maximally readable and correct (as we 
hope).
