Sandro and all, Thanks for this - I picked up a nasty bug last week while traveling, and haven't had the energy to get back to this, but don't want to hold up publication. Please go ahead and consider my action done for the moment -- I will follow up and review the remainder of the document once it has been published along with the other documents, regardless of the action status.
