Document name "Conformance"

Hi!

I just became aware that our conformance document is still called "Conformance and Test Cases".

At last F2F, we had discussed [1] (although without formal resolution, AFAICS) to simply call it "Conformance", since the test cases are about conformance as well.

Also, the Document Overview already calls the document "Conformance" [2].

So I think we should rename the document.
