We didn't manage to conclude this discussion. Summary of the discussion so far: * Differences between OWL 2 and OWL 2 occur and/or are discussed in (at least) Overview, NF&R and Primer * Some believe that duplication should be avoided if possible * Some believe that the description/discussion should be very brief * Distinguishing new features from changed features may be important -- the latter will need careful explanation, rationalisation and test cases * Most seemed to believe that NF&R was the right place to document new features, with possible brief recap in Overview(?) * Still not clear where *changed features* should be documented.
