Contributors to OWL 2 documents

Dear All,

Alan and I have now added lists of contributors and an  
acknowledgements section to all the Last Call documents.

The lists represent our best endeavours to recognise those who have  
made significant contributions to these documents. Please let us know  
as soon as possible if you think that there has been any oversight  
here, either with respect to yourself or others, and please don't  
allow modesty to prevent you from letting us know if you think that  
your name has been unreasonably omitted -- although we have tried  
hard to be as fair as possible it is perfectly possible that there  
have been some oversights.

Regarding the acknowledgements, please let us know if you have any  
comments or if you can think of anyone whose name should be added here.
