Strange HTML validation error, probably a bug in the Wiki

Hi!

It's publishing time. And for some time now, the RDF-Based Semantics does
not validate properly anymore. Actually, the table of contents is broken,
having some additional </li> and </u> tags without respective start tags.

Now I have managed to create a smallest possible page in the Wiki that shows
under which circumstances the problem occurs. You can see it under

  <http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/WikiBugSingleSectionFollowsSubSection>

Trying to validate this with

  <http://validator.w3.org/>

fails.

The problem occurs, if the second last section of the document contains
subsections, while the last section does not have subsections. This is the
case in the RDF-Based Semantics. The problem does not seem to occur, if
there are /two/ final sections without having a subsection, or if the final
section has subsections, too.

Does anybody know how to best cope with this problem? I don't like the idea
to change the outline of the document, just to get correct HTML produced by
the Wiki software.

Cheers,
Michael

PS: The RDF Mapping has the same problem.

PPS: An "Acknowledgement" section preceding the "Reference" section could
save the day, of course. :)
