Howto create a "real" appendix?

Hi!

There are a few things in the RDF-Based Semantics that I would like to put
into an appendix. I can see that some of our other documents have an
appendix, too, but use subsequent section numbers for them. For example, the
Structural Spec uses sections 12 and 13 for that purpose, giving them titles
that start with "Appendix:". On the other hand, the OWL 1 S&AS had a "real"
appendix, see:

  <http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-semantics/#contents>

How can we achieve this in the Wiki?
