Mapping JAVA to OWL?

Does anyone know how to map the JAVA concepts to OWL?

For instance,

1: How to model API and the implementation of an API in OWL?
2: Suppose an abstract class has several methods, how to model the
relationship between this abstract class and the methods in OWL?

Any pointers to the literature on this topic would be appreciated.
