This is another message that would normally only go to OWL Working Group members, but is going here because some people are still in the process of joining. The chairs would like input on selecting the date of the first OWL-WG meeting. Unfortunately, because of the W3C 8-week-advance-notice rule there isn't much time, so PLEASE ANSWER TODAY. (A decision may be made as early as Monday.) The survey says: Please indicate your organization's preference among the proposed dates for the first OWL face-to-face (F2F1) meeting. The meeting will be held at the University of Manchester. There is an old travel logistics page from a previous meeting, for information about the meeting location. Please use the numbers to mean: 1. We will not send a representative to the meeting if held at this time/location 2. This is a very bad choice for us. We are likely to miss at least a day of the meeting 3. A representative will attend, but it will be difficult and/or we will miss some of the meeting 4. A representative will attend, but it will be somewhat difficult 5. This is a good time/location for us * Mon/Tue 26-27 November: * Tue/Wed 27-28 November: * Thu/Fri 29-30 November: * Thu/Fri 6-7 December: * Mon/Tue 10-11 December: Again, please reply to team-owl-chairs@w3.org ASAP if you expect to be in the WG by then and have input. -- Sandro
