Typo in the OWL 2 Quick Reference guide

A translator has found a small typo in the OWL 2 Quick Reference guide.

I translated "OWL 2 Quick Reference Guide" 27 October 2009 into Japanese.

I found what seems to be a typo. In the section 5.2, the section name is written as "Changes Since Last Call" but the text says changes since "Candidate Recommendation".
