Recent versions of respec warn if there is no privacy and security considerations section.  The privacy and security issues in ORTC are similar to those in WebRTC, so developing this section should not be too difficult (see: https://rawgit.com/w3c/webrtc-pc/master/webrtc.html#privacy-and-security-considerations )
