robin-raymond has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ortc: == Packetization mode == Related to: https://github.com/w3c/ortc/pull/634 For H.264 the RF 7742 specifies mode 1 is required. Since H264 in practice cannot be muxed together on the same PT for packetization modes, that would imply a packetization mode is require on the H264 settings. As such, why not assume mode 1 which MUST be supported by RFC to be the default value if not specified thus we do not need a special case for required settings on a codec.
