ibc has just created a new issue for https://github.com/openpeer/ortc: == N rtpSenders sharing SSRC on same transport == While the spec provides guidelines for the `RtpListener` to avoid duplicated SSRC in different `RtpReceivers` running on the same transport, it does not the same when it comes to send RTP. Let's say that two `RtpSenders` are provided with the same SSRC in any of their `encodings`, and both are set with the same `Transport`. Shouldn't something throw an error? or is this the task of the `onssrcconflict` event? Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/openpeer/ortc/issues/396 using your GitHub account
