Need SDP to ORTC good example code

Hi,

An unavoidable need (while WebRTC depends on SDP) is to handle a SDP,
extract its information and make all the ORTC API calls to provide the
ORTC peer with such a info.

Not sure if it should be placed in the draft or somewhere in the ortc.org site.

I'm interested in starting this "SDP to ORTC example code" but would
need a place to write it and receive feedback.

May the ORTC team accept such a contribution?
