Re: Issue 258: Opus Settings

I have submitted a Pull Request to clean up the Opus settings:

At the ORTC CG meeting, it was pointed out that:


*         stereo and spropStereo capabilities and settings were unnecessary, since the maxChannels capability indicates whether a receiver is capable of receiving stereo and the numChannels setting can be used to configure a encoder to produce stereo.

*         The maxAverageBitrate setting is unnecessary, since the maxBitrate encoding parameter can be used to configure a maximum bitrate on the encoder.

The Pull Request removes these capabilities and settings.

Comments welcome on other potential changes to the Opus capabilities and settings.
