My only concern would be if Erik would like to have the Chair title. Reason
being, Robin had mentioned that Erik is already performing "more" of the
chair duties, but I have no idea if it will require any other duties he is
not currently performing. Overall, if Erik is happy with it, then it seems
like a good idea to have correct title assignment goals.
