There is a question of whether ORTC API can fully support the use of BUNDLE in SDP Offer/Answer. Examples include: a. A BUNDLE negotiation between a Web browser supporting A/V mux and RTP/RTCP mux and an endpoint which doesn't support either A/V mux or RTP/RTCP mux (and therefore will reject BUNDLE). b. A BUNDLE negotiation between two web browsers that support A/V mux and RTP/RTCP mux (and therefore should be able to enable BUNDLE). We should be able to write Examples that demonstrate both of these cases. The current draft Example 5 in Section 4.4 does demonstrate how to set up RTP/RTCP non-mux before learning whether the other peer wants to do RTP/RTCP mux. But that isn't everything that would be required to support BUNDLE.
