RE: Our first ORCA CG meeting! [via ORCA - Object-RTC API Community Group]

I heard from W3C staff that they can easily change the display name of the CG to "ORTC -Object RTC API Community Group".  Changing the URLs to not include "orca" is something we would all have to think a lot harder about.
