SGTM.

And speaking of planning, it seems like it would be helpful to flesh out
the wiki doc a bit in advance ...

* Meeting rooms: how many meeting rooms; for each room: how many people
can each room accommodate, will remote voice participation be supported,
is projection equipment available

* Time slot duration: I presume a 30 min block min, although a meeting
could go longer (but depending on demand, should probably be capped,
perhaps 60 mins?);

[If someone provides this data, I'll volunteer to take a first swipe at
reflecting it in the wiki.]

I included Dom because my recollection is that for a TPAC or three ago,
he created an app to help participants and organizers with the
logistics. Dom - is that right, and if so, is an update of that app
something that could be helpful here (and do-able by you or someone else)?

SGTM (as well as the TV projection Chris proposed).
