Thanks Brian (I added this to the Open Issues section of the [wiki]).

I think a lot of people acknowledge this problem and want to help the 
Consortium do better. I would be very interested in specific things you 
(or anyone else in the group) think the Consortium should do (or do 
differently) as well as how this group can help facilitate change.
