Cancelation Meeting tomorrow (16 Dec) -> Next on 13 Jan?

Hi,

Due to unexpected difficulties of some of the members to attend, as well as the lack of enough topics for the agenda, I propose to cancel the meeting tomorrow (16th Dec). We can schedule a tentative one in a few weeks. 

Proposal: 
- Web 13 Jan 2021 (09:00 UTC/GMT, 10:00 Brussels, 11:00 Helsinki) - Other time zone [1] 

If you prefer other timeslot just let me know, we have time to change it. Also, feel free to send items to include on the agenda.
