Meeting 9th May - Cancelled

Dear all,

This week, we have some of our active participants out of the office. Also,
I'll be traveling at the scheduled time, so I propose canceling the call
this week.

Just a quick update on what we discussed last week. We are looking for a
venue and dates to hold the III AthTech conference. During the last
conference in Portugal, I proposed Gijon [1] as a candidate. So, I've
contacted the local authorities hotels and so on. We got amazing support
from everyone (Councilor of Sports and Tourism, Director of Municipality
Sports Board, Director of Association of Enterprises, the media…) so this
proposal gains traction. We are still discussing it but I hope we can
announce the final dates/location soon.

Next meeting: Wed 23rd May, same time.
