Hello all, Over the past months, several members of civil society organizations have collected use cases and requirements, researched existing specifications, and explored government datasets relating to legislative voting activity. Last week, people from 28 countries gathered in Santiago, Chile for PoplusCon, where a group of about a dozen people validated the use cases and agreed on several elements of a specification. This work has produced the first public working drafts linked below: http://popoloproject.com/specs/motion.html http://popoloproject.com/specs/vote-event.html http://popoloproject.com/specs/count.html http://popoloproject.com/specs/vote.html These specifications are still in early stages, so please send your feedback and questions. Cheers, -- James McKinney Open North +1.514.247.0223 http://opennorth.ca/
