Hi, a few weeks ago I created a fork of the OParl specification-project. The working title is "OpenGovLD". These were the main reasons for doing so: - the reversal of a decision to use JSON-LD - unresolved questions regarding project-governance, especially transparency One of the first steps was to outline some main principles and intended features: https://github.com/OpenGovLD/specs/wiki Feedback would be very welcome!
