As an aside, I thought some of you might get a kick out of seeing a
little visualization of the discussion here so far. I sent it to Rob
via Twitter, and he asked me to share it here.

Each node is an email, and the edges represent the response chain.
Nodes are color coded by the sender, and the initial email in a thread
is a little bit bigger than the others.
