Change/Editing Annotations and new Community Group

Dear all,

There's a new community group being formed about marking up changes to
documents:

http://www.w3.org/community/change/

As one of the use cases that has been discussed for annotations is
expressing desired changes to a document, it would be good to have some
cross-pollination between the two groups, or at least to remain mutually
informed as to progress.  If you join the group, please do post any issues
that relate to annotation here.
